What is Unstable Kneecap?

Unstable Knee cap happens when the patella of your knee start to move out of its original place.

What are the symptoms?

• Stiffness
• Swelling
• Cracking sound during movement
• Kneecap slips off to the side
• Pain in the front of the knee that increase with activity

What are the causes?

When the groove of the patella start to become uneven and too shallow by in a fall or sharp blow to the kneecap.

Treatment of MCL tear

• Relocation of your knee
• Immobilization
• Surgery
